# Administration control panel features explained

Admin control panel allows you to manage user access for your staff, create bespoke tags and groups, customise features an other external organisations to collaborate on your quality assurance activity.  To access this you will require an Administration [permissions](/en/article/mesma-user-roles-explained-vug56q/).

# How to navigate

 A - The Admin Dashboard provides your main [Client details explained](/en/article/client-details-explained-a5c90y/) and [subscriptions](/en/article/understanding-your-subscription-usage-17s0p9y/)
B - You can invite external third-party organisations 
C - You can create internal departments 
D - Create group lists.  You can use groups to help you categorise data
E - A space to [customise](/en/article/understanding-preferences-ixggmj/) your software
F - Manage what your users can see and do
G - Be able to view all the activities via your Estate page
H - Import tag list or create your own
I -  Create your Develop templates
J - Messaging is a new feature to come, watch this space!!
