# Duplicating your enquiry

# Duplicating your enquiry

Once you have developed the structure of a single template it is easy to duplicate this.  This is useful if you have multiple enquiries to complete.

###### Step 1 Click into the enquiry you want to duplicate

###### Step 2 Click on manage area

###### Step 3 Click on Duplicate this area.  You will be asked to confirm or cancel.

###### Step 4 Give your new enquiry a name, then click ok

###### Step 4 Go back to your enquiry homepage to see your new enquriy in the list

###### Step 5 Repeat as necessary
