# Exporting enquiry data

# Export data from the landing page for Enquire by template type

|| Your administrator may have renamed this module

**A** - select template for export (all data for this template will show on one sheet in the excel download )
**B** - You can select which columns you wish to see in the download
**C** - You can select which groups of questions you wish to see in the download

# You can download individual Enquire data from within the Enquiry

**A** - Click to export 

**B** - Select from the list of fields to show in the download, fields within your enquiry will automatically be enabled click to remove from report.

**C** - You are then give the option to download into either word or excel (your export is fully editable once downloaded)  

**D** -  Click for  PDF report
