# Inviting users to participate in your development activity

If you are completing a development activity for yourself you may want a colleague or manager look at this and provide you with feedback.  Alternatively you may be observing a colleague and want to provide them and their manager with written feedback.  

||| It's important to note at this stage that invited users will not be able to see your written report until you publish it.  Click here to find out more about publishing. 


1.  To invite users
2. To remove users
3. To view the users that are invited

1. If your user already has a Develop licence their name will show in the dropdown list
2. If not click invite new user and set up their account

Once you have selected the name simply select a role.  The two you have to chose from are:

A - Participant - Which means they can add a comment
B - Can only read the report
