# Key results and understand how to log progress towards achieving them

Any associated Objectives and key results will be displayed in your assessments, enquiries and plans if they have been associated by your [KPI Editor](/en/article/getting-started-on-your-key-performance-indicators-features-kpi-editors-1r398jn/).

# The Objectives and key results panel 

* A. Click  to expand and collapse
* B. Click to see the summaries progress updates for your key results
* C. Click here to add a progress update.
* D. Click to export the summary

# Key results summaries

* A. Each KPI has a separate tab
* B. Each tab retains a history of summary entries

# Understanding the summary fields

* 1. Date - Will be automatically populated to todays date but if you want to change this just click in the field
* 2. Completed by - Will be automatically populated
* 3. Progress label - This allows you to set a progress status from will not achieve to exceeded
* 4. Progress - You could use this if you have a numerical target.  For example 95% of learners achieve.  
* 5. Us the comments box to add your notes and don't forget to click POST
* 6. Once posted, click save to log the entry
