# Library - link evidence

The benefit of the library's full version is that it allows you to upload a file once, share it with others and link to multiple products such an assessment, an enquiry or an improvement plan.

Once you have [uploaded your files](/en/article/getting-to-know-your-library-features-for-owners-n02lr9/) you can then link the files to your products.

**A**  Click on link icon

| File size limit :  Successful uploads for file sizes larger than  150MB cannot be guaranteed.


| File types :  File types other than WORD, EXCEL, PDR, JPEG, PNG, PPT, MP4 , EML, ODT, MOV, MSG cannot be guaranteed.


**B** Select product to link to
**C** Select relevant area to link to
**D** Click link evidence (once clicked the link  will appear)

**E** Once you click the extra button you will be able to link.  For example, in the screenshot below you are linking the file to a key question in an assessment.
