Q - I get a pop saying user does not have any associated organisations, what does this mean?

If you receive this pop up when you login, your user account has either not been enabled by your organisations admin for Mesma.

Please contact your administrator to get them to enable you in the admin user page If you are unsure who your administrator is please contact support@mesma.co.uk who can contact them on your behalf.
