Cognassist has partnered with Mesma to build the 'Supporting LDD Quality Assurance Framework' on Mesma's software platform.
This article will help new users to get started.
Working through each of the steps will help you understand how to get set-up and provide a useful overview of owner features.
When you are first invited to use Mesma software you will be asked to authenticate your identity via your email address and reset your password. This article takes you through the steps.
Authenticate your mesma software user ID
If you forget your password at any time it is very easy to reset this.
Reset password
If this is the first time you have logged into Mesma, you may be asked to share some basic details about your organisation.
When you log in, you will notice that you have access to the templates in the Self Assessment and Improve areas.
Click on the title in the first column to get started.
