Understanding the Notifications page

This page allows you to view all your notifications from the Mesma platform in one place.

A - Click here to open the page

B - If you use Mesma for more than one organisations - click on the relevant organisation to view each organisations notifications

C - The unread tab will show all your unread notifications

D - Read tab will show all those notifications that you have marked as read

E - Your unread notification will appear in most recent showing first

F - Clicking this icon will Bookmark your notification and move it to the booked marked section

G - Any booked marked notifications will appear here until you are ready to either delete or mark as read

H - Click here to delete (Please note: deleted notifications cannot be retrieved)

I - Click on this icon to mark as read

J - You can see messages form you organisations admin team here

K - If you no longer wish to receive the same notifications in email format click here
