Understanding the preferences page
Admin Preferences
In preferences you can restrict activity of owners, change product names and if you have super administrator privileges you can control some of the things your administrators can do.
A - Allow administrators to edit template structures means you can allow your administrators and clients owners to change the column settings. We recommend that you keep these disabled to ensure all your assessments, enquiries or plans are using consistent column types and headings.. Once enabled you will see a Grid Settings button appear on your assessment, enquiry or plan template page. Just click on this and add the additional columns or change the headings to suit your needs.
B - Enabling this will allow owners and administrators to disable groups of questions in Evaluate.
C - Enable Quality Calendar allows you to share the calendar with all users apart from any third-party organisations. If you want to also share this with your third-party organisations just turn on the button names 'Enable Quality Calendar for Third-party Organisations)
D - Set your calendar view by adding your start month and day. For example, if your quality cycle starts on the 1st August then you will set this as Month Aug, Day 1
E - Enable KPI allows you to share the KPI Page with all users apart from any third-party organisations. If you want to also share this with your third-party organisations just turn on the button names 'Enable KPI for Third-party Organisations)# Super Admin Preferences

B - building reports - Future release
C - Future release
D - Super administrators can use this button to allow /disallow Administrators from seeing the content of activities
Security Preferences
If you are wanting to add additional level of security to users access then switch on Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) but before doing this please read this article.
We recommend that you check to ensure all users have the equipment to support MFA before enabling.
Vocabulary Preferences
Customise your vocabulary by changing the product title settings
Permission Preferences by Role
If you don't want particular roles to be used you can switch these off so that owners cannot invite them. For example, I don't want to use the moderator feature therefore I have switched this off in the screenshot below.
Please Note: If you are unable to activate any of these features please chat to us. We will be happy to talk to you about feature upgrades
