# Understanding your quality calendar homepage

The quality calendar features allows you to schedule and have oversight of all activities in your quality cycle. If your quality calendar feature is enabled by the administrator, all users apart from third-party organisation users will be able to see the Quality Calendar. You may also be granted edit rights. If you have permission to edit you will be able to see the Add button as seen on the screenshots below.

When landing on your quality calendar home page you have the option to view either by calendar month, week or day or if you prefer you can view your activity in a grid format.

Activity will change colour as the status of the work progresses:

* Green - If complete
* Amber - Still outstanding
* Red - If overdue

To help you visualise your workload all activity can be scheduled to be carried out over a specific period. For example; in the screenshot below the Engineering assessment is due to be completed over 3 days.
