Assessment template explained

Your assessments enable you to collaborate with colleagues to evaluate your organisation, department or programme against a set of quality indications downloaded from our template bank. The number of assessments is linked to your subscription so if you run out just ask your administrator to send us an upgrade request via their administration control panel.

This screenshot explains the main features in each assessment template.

A - You will need to expand each Key Aspect to complete the sections (You can expand all or just one section)
B - Your template is organised into key aspects. These could be for example a quality standard.
C - Each key aspect will have a services of key questions. Essentially this is a group of quality indicators.
D - You have the option to add a grade or scale column (G). The bars represent the grade/scales you have awarded to each key question.
E - When you click the edit icon you will be able to edit each row (See F,). Don't forget to click save to update the record.
H - Leave messages for your colleagues in comments
I - Read useful help and guidance
J - Don't forget to mark as complete as this will update for progress bar on the assessment homepage.










Note : If you have permission your column headers can be customised. Your permission level is set by the administrator.
