Getting started with your Enquire features - Moderators and Approvers

As you have been assigned the role of a moderator or approver let us look at the features.

Within the Enquire area you will see





Moderator Screen

A. Add comments
B. Write summary
C. Publish to
D. Set moderated
E. Save





A. You can add, edit and delete comments to each of the questions in the enquiry, there is also a Mark as resolved which can be clicked by the moderator and any user this has been published to

B. Write summary, this allows the moderator to write an overall summary rather than against individual questions

C. Publish to allows you to select who can view the moderator comments, just click and select who you wish to see the comments

D. Once you have completed you can click set moderated and it will change the status of the enquiry and can then be sent for approval

E. You may not wish to moderate in one session, the save function allows you to save your comments, and the status will remain at pending moderated until you have completed and click set moderated (D)

Approver Screen

E. Reject

C. Publish to allows you to select who can view the Approver comments, just click and select who you wish to see the comments

D. Once you have completed you can click Approve, this will lock the enquiry to all users

E. If there is further work to be done on the enquiry, you can click reject, this sets the status back to moderated. Once updated the enquiry can be submitted for approval again.
