Getting to know your Enquire features - For Owners
In this article you will learn about all the features available to you as an Owner. Working through each of the steps with help you understand how to get set-up and provide a useful overview of owner features. As you have been assigned the role of a moderator or approver let us look at the features. Within the Enquire area you will see Moderator Screen A. Add comments B. Write summary C. Publish to D. Enquiry - upload and link evidence (library lite)
When completing your enquiry you may want to link in additional evidence to support your judgements. You can begin to create your library of evidence for each individual enquiry. Enquire will enable you to collaborate with colleagues to conduct deep dive thematic reviews on areas of your provision. The number of enquiries is linked to your subscription so if you run out just ask your administrator to send us an upgrade request via their administration control panel. Deleting your enquiry You can only delete enquiries if there is no data present/additional users invited in. Copy This feature allows you to copy the question text to another enquiry once achieved the text can be edited to suit the timescales priorities and accountability in the area it has been copied to. You might do this if you are wanting to share your text with a colleague who is working on another enquiry. Adding a Group When importing your enquiry template, you will be asked if you want to assign a group to your enquiry (Groups can be created by your administrator for use within the modules; please contact your administrator if you require a new group to be added) To add a group to an existing enquiry. There are a number of reasons you may wish to change the ownership of an area to another user. For instance when an owner changes roles or leaves the organisation. Owners have the permission to change the Ownership at any point in time. Now you have been given access as an Owner to the enquiry product you can start to create your area(s). Importing an enquiry Step 1. Navigate to your Enquire product and click on import/create. Step 2. A pop-up page will appear. You will see a selection of templates you have permission for. You can preview these before importing. There may be times when you want a colleague to moderate or approve your enquiry. To do this you will need to first invite moderators and or approvers to your enquiry. To find out how to do this please read this article Once you have successfully invited your moderators and approvers simply complete the enquiry and when you are ready click on submit for moderation or submit for approval. While working on your Enquiries you may wish to create areas for development directly into your Improvement Plan. You can then assign and set target dates, any updates in Enquire will aFew readersInviting users to participate in your Enquiry
Now that you have set up your Enquiry area, you may wish to invite people who will support in completing the enquiry. It is advisable that you read through the description for each permission role and decide what role each person will have. Mesma roles explained. You will soon become familiar with mesma icons and the features on your enquiry homepage. Here is an explanation of all the features you can access via this page.
