Understanding the enquiry home page

You will soon become familiar with mesma icons and the features on your enquiry homepage. Here is an explanation of all the features you can access via this page.

A - This shows you the name of the intent of the enquiry with any guidance.
B - The questions used to inform your enquiry
C - If you grade or rate your questions the bars will show you a representation of the grades/ratings you have awarded.
D - Click here to edit your questions.
E - Click here to add any comments
F - If you link any evidence to your enquiry question the link will show up in this column. To see the document just click on the link. To learn more read this article.
G - Click to show a question is complete ( this is show as a % completion on your Enquire landing page).
H - It may be important to you that you manage access to the information in your enquiry. This button allows you to make the enquiry public. Public means that your self assessment users will be able to browse your past enquiry findings so that they can use the data to help them form a judgement.
I - If you want to reset your column widths click reset.
J - If you want your enquiry finding to be searchable by self assessment users you can add a tag to help them search for specific judgements. For example; in your assessment you may want to browse for anything related to initial assessment. By tagging your enquiry, where appropriate, with initial assessment you are allowing the system to identify common links relating to this subject.
