Improvement plan template explained
Your improvement plans enable you to collaborate with colleagues to make necessary improvements in your organisation, department or programme identified from your quality reviews. The number of plans is linked to your subscription so if you run out just ask your administrator to send us an upgrade request via their administration control panel. There are a number of reasons you may wish to change the ownership of an area to another user. For instance when an owner changes roles or leaves the organisation. Owners have the permission to reallocate this responsibility to another participant in their assessment or plans. Now you have been given access as an Owner to the improvement plan product you can start to create your area(s). Importing a plan Step 1. Navigate to your Improve product and click on import/create. Step 2. A pop-up page will appear. You will see a selection of templates you have permission for. You can preview these before importing. Step 3. Click import, you will then have the option to allocate the template to a partner organisation and also select groupFew readersUnderstanding the improvement plan homepage
You will soon become familiar with mesma icons and the features on your improvement plan homepage. Here is an explanation of all the features you can access via this page. Now that you have set up your plan , you may wish to invite people who will support in monitoring and completing your improvement plan activity. From the landing page you can bulk export a basic word or excel download of all the plans that you have been invited into. Your pop up will show a list of fields that you can choose to show in the download, click on the fields you wish to view. Duplicating your plan Once you have developed the structure of a single template it is easy to duplicate this. This is useful if you have multiple plans to complete for example, multiple departments or programme types.
