Inviting users to participate in your improvement plan activity

Now that you have set up your plan , you may wish to invite people who will support in monitoring and completing your improvement plan activity.

It is advisable that you read through the description for each permission role and decide what role each person will have. Mesma roles explained.

Click into Invite users

If your user has already been added by your administrator, select the tab invite system user. This will allow you to select a user from a drop down list.

If your user has not been added select the invite new user tab. Your invited users will receive an email to authenticate their identity and reset their password.
