Duplicating your plan

Once you have developed the structure of a single template it is easy to duplicate this. This is useful if you have multiple plans to complete for example, multiple departments or programme types.

Step 1 Click into the plan you want to duplicate

Step 2 Click on manage improvement plan

Step 3 Click on duplicate this area. You will be asked to confirm or cancel.

Step 4 Give your new plan a name, then click ok

Step 4 Go back to your plan homepage to see your new plan in the list

Step 5 Repeat as necessary
