Copy/move and link improvement plan data
This feature allows you to copy the question text to another plan once achieved the text can be edited to suit the timescales priorities and accountability in the area it has been copied to. You might do this if you are wanting to share your text with a colleague who is working on another plan.
This feature allows you to move the activity to another plan. Once achieved the text can be edited to suit the timescales priorities and accountability in the area it has been moved to. You might do this if you have added text into the wrong plan and wish to move it. Or if you are creating a new plan and want to transfer the data.
This feature allows you to link the question to other plans. You may wish to do this if you are working on a few plans and you want to share your progress with others.
Select the plan you want to copy or move your data from.
Click Copy/Move/Link.
Select copy or move data and the questions data you want copied or moved
At the bottom of the page select choose columns.
Choose the location you want to copy/move your data to and the columns then click copy or move.
For linking data
Follow step 1 and 2
Select link data and the questions data you want linked.
At the bottom of the location and click link data.
This will import the whole question into your chosen assessment.
Copy

Follow these key steps to copying and moving your data
Select the plan you want to copy or move your data from.
Click Copy/Move/Link.
