Getting to know your Library features - For Owners
In this article you will learn about all the features available to you as an Owner.
All provide a different level of accessibility dependent upon user permissions (See permissions chart for more detail). Please see below:
Global - A portfolio that can be created by the client administrators and shared with all user.
Public - A portfolio that can be created by the client/partner/department owners. Note: Partner and department owners can only invite users that are associated with their partnership or department
Private - A portfolio that can be created by the client administrators. Client/partner/department owners. Note: Access is by invitation only
A - Create a portfolio
B - Invite and remove participants and reader
C - Rename a portfolio
D - Duplicate portfolio (including structure and participants)
E - Lock portfolio (If the folio is locked the participants lose the ability to edit it, but the owner/admin do not)

A pop up will appear after clicking onto the create portfolio button
A Add a title for your portfolio
B If your portfolio has been set as private you will need to invite your users in (see permission chart)
C Portfolio Access level are explained in the permission chart article

A Click add folder
B Add your folder title
C You can move your folder to a different portfolio (access permissions apply)
D Don't forget to save

A Click arrow to open up folder
B Click to upload your files ( a pop up will appear to allow you to select your file(s)
C Your files will show here
D You can sort the order of your files by drag and drop
