Migrating files from Library lite to Library full

Congratulations you have upgraded to our Library full module

If you have been saving your files locally in your assessment, you can now move these files to a library portfolio. To do this you will firstly need to create your portfolio and folders in the Library product. Click here to find out how. Once you have created these you can then migrate your files.

Step 1


A From within the assessment or enquiry, click the 'Evidence tab'
B Click on Migrate Files to Library





Once you are in the migration page follow the steps below

A Select a portfolio for your files, then...
B Select a folder from within the portfolio
C This shows a warning (If the file already happens to be in the folder, you will get a warning to let you know that the file you are migrating will replace what is already in the folder. The system will only do this if it has the same file name)
D You can then select which files to migrate
E Click on the migrate files button




All links to your assessment will be retained

We recommend that you delete the files from your Evidence tab, once your migration has been successful
