01 Trusted Standard Self-Assessment - Getting your organisation started
This section will help the key contact for your organisation’s Trusted Standard Self-assessment subscription get you started on your self-assessment journey using the Trusted Standard.
The Growth Company has partnered with Mesma to build the Trusted Standard Self-Assessment Tool on their software platform. Mesma is an organisation that provides quality assurance and improvement software across many sectors and quality standards.
Working through each of the steps below with help you understand how to get set-up and use the main features of the Trusted Standard Self-Assessment Tool.
After your organisation’s Trusted Standard Self-Assessment subscription has been activated, we will send you, as your organisation’s key contact, an invitation to access the Trusted Standard Self-assessment by email. You will receive two emails:
The first will ask you to authenticate your identity via your email address.
The second will ask you to set your password.
Both emails will come from support@mesma.co.uk and may have found their way into your Spam or Junk email folder. Please ensure you authenticate before resetting your password.
When you are first invited to use the Trusted Standard Self-Assessment Tool you will be asked to authenticate your identity via your email address.
Once verified you will receive another email to reset your password. This allows you to add a password that is only know and memorable to you.
Once you have reset your password you will be able to Login. See Section 3 below.
If you forget your password at any time it is very easy to reset this.
Also, it is important that you keep your password secure. If you think your password has been compromised we suggest that you reset this straight away.
You can do this from your login page. Just open your internet browser and type in app.mesma.io and click forget password, wait for your email and change your password to something memorable only to you.

1. Verify your identity
Step 1 - Verify your email
