Creating an activity from my development activity and importing into my improvement plan

You must first create your CPD log and invite the relevant users in as participants and then link the CPD log to the individual

Once you have added your recommendations to your Develop Activity






You are ready to create and action in the improvement plan

A - Click Create Objective at the top of the screen
B - Click add objective ( a pop up will appear)
C - Add your Objective title
D - Select a plan to move the objective into ( if you do not see the relevant plan please check the plan has been linked to the individual and you have participant access)
E - Select the strength or recommendation this objective relates to ( you can select more than one)
F - Click create to add





Once this has been created the objective will show within the Develop activity and within the Improve module,

You can then assign and set target dates, any updates in Develop will automatically show in the Improve product
