Develop templates explained

This article will help you to understand the functions you may see when you import a Develop template. (Please note; your administrator may have changed the title of this Develop module)

A. Use Create Objective tab to send actions into your development plans.
B. Click on the evidence tab to see what evidence has been uploaded via the notes button.
C. A row of tabs will appear as you start to import your activity. You will notice that some will be marked as (in progress) if they have not been given a completion date.
D. This row of buttons will change dependant upon your permission level. For example, if you are the owner of the activity (the person who has imported it) you will be able to invite and remove users to contribute. You can change ownership if you want to reallocated the activity to someone else or delete/archive it. If your administrator has provided any guidance you will be able to access this by the help and Guidance button.
E. This row holds the Title of the template and some key information such as due date, start date and who is its to be completed by and who it is for.
F. This RAG button allows you to add a Rag rate to the activity,

All files uploaded will be visible from the evidence tab to all Develop users who have completed an observation for the user, please follow your organisations information sharing policy









The main grid

Your administrator may have created only 1 group of indicators or you may have several.

A. To edit each row you will need to click on th's edit icon. Don't forget to save this once you have made your changes.
B. Your administrator will have provided you with several columns. In the example below you can see a space to write your summary, a RAG rating and a column to add a tag.




Summarising with strengths and recommendations

A. You can summarise by adding strengths and recommendations.
B. You will need to click the edit icon to add each point.
C. If you want to delete one just use the Trash icon.




Who can read this?

The colleagues you have invited will not be able to see the content unless you click the publish button.



To unpublish just click the button again.




Can my colleagues add their comments?

Yes, your administrator may have provided you with a selection of comments boxes to allow others to contribute and provide their feedback. Just click on the comments button and a pop-up box will appear.
