Enquiry - upload and link evidence (library lite)

When completing your enquiry you may want to link in additional evidence to support your judgements. You can begin to create your library of evidence for each individual enquiry. To do this click on the Evidence tab as seen below.

Please note: The evidence you upload will only be accessible by users who are assigned to this enquiry.

A - Click on select files
B - Your file will appear in the list
C - Click link evidence button to map your evidence to the enquiry questions

Once you have clicked on the link evidence button, a pop-up will appear showing the enquiry criteria/questions. To link the evidence click the button then save.

When you return to your enquiry, by clicking on view data, the name of the linked file will be shown in your evidence column. To download your evidence just click on the link in the column.

File size limit : Successful uploads for file sizes larger than 150MB cannot be guaranteed.

File types : File types other than WORD, EXCEL, PDR, JPEG, PNG, PPT, MP4 , EML, ODT, MOV, MSG cannot be guaranteed.
