Q - I am having problems logging in
If you are only seeing the 3 blue loading dots on your screen, we will need to narrow down what is causing this.
- Have you logged in before without issues and are now having this issue?
Are you using a link that may include expired data, check the browser it should only show app.mesma.io, please remove and characters after the .io and press return
- If you have logged in before and now the login page just keeps flashing on and off, can you check with your IT department that your server clock matches your computer clock, as your login details are verified and it searches for the correct time on login.
- Is this your first time logging, did you verify your email within the time limit?
