Understanding the Develop homepage
You will soon become familiar with mesma icons and the features on your Develop homepage. Here is an explanation of all the features you can access via this page.
A - The first page you will land on when clicking into the Develop product will be your 'Develop Activities by User' page.
B - If you wish to View all activity that you have permission to see just click the' View all Develop Activities' button.
C - To create and new activity from this.
D - To export your data.
E - You can easily amend your column width, just move your columns and click 'Save Grid Layout'. Reset take you back to the original column widths.
F - This column lists all the groups your user is associated with.
G - This column lists all the departments your user is associated with.
H - Your organisation may have scheduled your development activity in advance so before you create a new activity (c), first check what is in your planned activity tab. See below to learn more about the planned activity tab.
I - To access the users activity just click on the name.
A - Use the filters to search shortlist information.
B - If you wish to View all Use just click the' View by User' button.
C - To create and new activity from this.
D - To export your data.
E - You can easily amend your column width, just move your columns and click 'Save Grid Layout'. Reset take you back to the original column widths.
F - Each row represents a status summary for one activity.
G - If you want to see who can see this activity just click on the participants icon.
H - Your organisation may have scheduled your development activity in advance so before you create a new activity (c), first check what is in your planned activity tab. See below to learn more about the planned activity tab.
I - To access the users activity just click on the title.
A - Click on the planned tab to see what is scheduled for you to complete.
B - The create button will allow you to import a new activity into your main homepages as described above.
C - To create the activity click on the preview button, close this down then go to yout View by User or View Develop Activity homepages to start inputting data. On the user page you will see your activity in the Tab marled as (in Progress).
View by Users

Planned Activity
A - Click on the planned tab to see what is scheduled for you to complete.
